All orders received at 5T's are verified for pricing and quantity. If anything on your order is in question, or if information is missing, we will contact you directly for resolution and/or confirmation. Please be sure your account information is up to date so that you can be contacted as your order will be temporarily put on hold until all questions are resolved. Our goal is to ship you the correct merchandise and quantities you need - getting it right the first time.
Orders are sent to 5T's fulfillment operation for processing as soon as your online order is Confirmed. Orders are typically processed in order as received.
Orders for in-stock merchandise, which are received by 3:00pm Eastern Time, typically will ship that same business day. If time is of the essence, please either call or fax your order as early in the day as possible.
E-commerce and email orders sent via the Internet can encounter a delay in transmission and may not be received in time to be processed the same business day. As a general guideline, the earlier in the day that you enter an order the more likely it is that your order will be processed and shipped that same business day.
