Orders may be placed using any one of the following methods:
- Electronically via our e-commerce web site
- Calling our toll-free phone line at (800) 466-7945 - customers in the 585 area code.
- Faxing in an order to 5T's at (585) 243-1092
- Email your order to email@example.com(see Note below)
- Mail your order to: 5T's Embroidery Supply, 5709 Barber Hill Road, Geneseo, New York 14454 (see Note below)
NOTE: If you intend to use a charge card for payment, we recommend using either the E-Commerce web site, calling us, or sending a fax - for your first order. Sending your order via an email or in the postal mail are the least secure methods for conveying your charge account information. Once we have established your specific information in our customer database, you can use any one of the ordering methods and authorize us to use your active charge account number that we currently have on file.
Your email address and your password will be required for you to login for placing E-Commerce orders. 5T's E-Commerce site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and uses a "shopping cart" ordering method. You can add and remove items from your shopping cart, as well as change the quantity ordered.
When placing your order, be sure to include as much information as possible to ensure we ship the right items, in the right quantities, to the correct address. If you have an alternate Ship To and/or Bill To address, you will be given the opportunity to specify them during Checkout.
It is imperative that your order be as specific as possible - especially relative to specifying thread color numbers.
When providing alternate Ship To and Bill To addresses, it is best that you do not use abbreviations unless absolutely necessary to fit address information within allowed spaces. When using an abbreviation ensure it is a commonly accepted version - made up abbreviations may result in delaying the delivery of your order. Be sure to include building, suite, floor, apartment, or office numbers when available to ensure your order is delivered directly to you and not held at your dock. UPS charges 5T's every time a delivery address is incorrect or incomplete - so please be sure to provide a correct and complete address.
Item Quantities - Be Careful
Most items are sold in single unit quantities meaning that if you order 1 you will receive 1 of the item.
Some items are sold in package quantities - as for example needles are sold in quantities of 10, 100, and 500. If you order a quantity of 1, you will receive 1 package of either 10, 100, or 500 needles - depending upon which package you chose. Items sold in package quantities are clearly indicated, but please be careful when ordering.
Most items offered by 5T's are maintained in-stock and are available for immediate shipment. Occasionally some items do go out-of-stock, but we will let you know if that happens and we cannot ship your order complete. In any case, you will not be charged for any item until it has been shipped.
Special Order Items
Special Order Items are not carried in inventory and require additional time for delivery. Special Order Items are clearly indicated.
Most items are priced at a unit quantity of 1. However for some items 5T's is able to offer quantity discounts - as for example on backings and some scissors. In order to see if an item offers any quantity discounts, you must go to the item's Description page either by clicking on the item's Description, or its photo. If you click on the "Buy Now" button, you will skip ahead to your shopping cart where you will not see the quantity break points. However, in the shopping cart you will automatically receive any quantity discount pricing that is offered for a specific item.
