- No merchandise will be accepted for return credit after 30 days from the date of invoicing.
- Returned items must be in new condition, packaged in manufacturer's original packaging, and include all user guides and warranty paperwork - unmarked.
- Shipping and handling are not refunded on returned items - unless an error was made by 5T's fulfillment.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our processing costs - unless an error was made by 5T's fulfillment.
- Concerning items found to be defective: In most instances 5T's will handle replacing defective merchandise. However, where an item is covered by a manufacturer's warranty you may need to contact the product's manufacturer directly for warranty coverage. In any case you should contact 5T's initially for direction.
