Charges

• MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express charges are accepted for payment.

5T's Credit

• Customers with an established history of on-time payments may apply for a 5T's line of credit account.

Collect On Delivery (COD)

• Orders not paid in advance via a charge card, or by an established 5T's line of credit, are shipped Collect On Delivery (COD).
• UPS applies an additional charge of $9.00 per order for orders shipped COD.
• A bank check or money order is required for COD orders totaling $250 US, or more.
• Unless requested, 5T's will not call you with COD amounts - please anticipate having enough funds available to cover your order at the time of delivery.
• Overdue accounts may be put on COD without prior notice.

Insufficient Funds
Personal checks returned to 5T's due to insufficient funds will result in an incremental $50 service charge in order to cover both the bank fees and 5T's added costs for reprocessing your payment. This charge is applied for each rejected check submission. Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover your checks.
